Cindy is the present Treasurer of the Federation of the Philippine American Chambers of Commerce since 2008. She is President Emeritus to the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago and Board Member
She is president of Jaydee Properties Corporation, which owns and manages a 32-bed assisted living facility in Wisconsin. In her trade missions to the Philippines she has focused on outsourcing of medical transcriptions. She is a Registered Pharmacist and owner of “Cindy’s Pharmacy” for 18 years. She later sold it to Walgreens in 2008.

In addition to serving as chair of numerous Filipino-American fund-raising events and Notre Dame de Chicago Parish, she helped lead several trade missions to the Philippines for the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago.
She is happily married to Joe D. Flores, Jr. a businessman and an advocate.
